2. Description of Service

InboxMail provides email forwarding and alias management services for custom domains. We allow users to create virtual email addresses that forward incoming mail to a destination of their choice.

3. User Obligations & Conduct

To use InboxMail, you must:

  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Own or have the right to use any custom domains added to the service.
  • Not use the service for sending unsolicited bulk emails (Spam).
  • Not use the service for any illegal or malicious activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct rules without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

InboxMail provides the service "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including email delivery failures.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which InboxMail operates.
